Oriental salade
About time I updated this site again. This time with a recipe. Now.. I don’t know the nationality of this course, nor where I got it from. Everything I know is that we’ve been doing this recipe in our family for as long as I know, and we call it nothing other than ‘Oriental Salade’. And since I have never personaly done it myself, I’ll roughly tell you what to do.
Shopping list
Potatoes (cooked/boiled, sliced)
Onions (roughly chopped/sliced)
Eggs (boiled, sliced)
Olives (without stones, whole or halves)
Vinegar
Olive oil
Since I don’t know exactly how much of each you need, I’ll be telling you around how much you need of each. If you divide it in 10, 4 will be potatoes, 3 will be onions, 2 will be eggs and 1 will be olives. Mix, add vinegar and olive oil, just enough to give it taste. Season with salt and pepper as wished and VoilĂ ! Serve as appetizer or as you like it. Hope you like it as much as I do.
